OK, so I'm on the start P90X program and said it recammended you buy a yoga mat to reduce the risk of injury. Well, I have no money for a yoga mat at the moment and really do not want to go into a store and buy. Son, there's nothing that I can use thats home. Will a Regus thin towel.
