I was diagnosed with mild cystocele and rectocele sweet. I'm using a pessary and I do not know
Surgery. The doctor did not recommend that, I only know from researching them. However, he suggests kegals and physiotherapy. If these two things to deal with this problem? I want everything as before. Kegals do? Is that something that is worse?

Not sure 100 percent that they Kegals ,,,,, but not so bad ..... sqeezing start and then see what happens.
